• Description:
• The current public procurement includes two separate positions, as follows: Separate item No. 1: "Delivery of food products": The necessary characteristics of the products/goods, the subject of the public procurement under specific item No. 1 - bread and bakery products, meat and meat products, milk and milk products, chocolate products and desserts, fruits and vegetables, spices, etc. are defined in the Technical Specification - Part II of the participation documentation, in accordance with Art. 48, para. 1 of the ZOP. Separated item #2: "Delivery of beverages, tobacco and related products": The necessary characteristics of the products/goods, subject of the public procurement under separate item No. 2 - mineral and carbonated waters, soft drinks, drinks containing alcohol, tobacco and related products, etc. are defined in the Technical Specification - Part II of the participation documentation, in accordance with Art. 48, para. 1 of the ZOP. The specified types of products/goods for the two separate items are estimated for the period of contract (24 months) and the Contracting Authority reserves the right not to purchase them in their full assortment, as well as may request additional ones beyond those described in the Technical Specification - part II of the participation documentation. The specific types products/goods are determined depending on the needs of the Employer and within the framework of the financial security.
