• The subject of the public procurement is divided into six distinct items as follows: Separate item No. 1 - "Other packaged food products"; Separate item No. 2 - "Canned food - fruits and vegetables"; Separate position No. 3 - "Meat and meat products articles”; Separate position No. 4 - "Milk and milk products"; Separate item No. 5 - "Fruits and vegetables - fresh and frozen"; Separate position No. 6 - "Bread and pasta". The full description of the food products and their approximate amounts, required by the Contracting Authority are described in Technical specifications - specific requirements for food products, an integral part of these conditions. The QUANTITIES described in the Technical Specification - specific requirements for food products are approximately necessary for 24 (twenty-four) months and are in accordance with the financial resources pledged in the budget of the Contracting Authority. The quantities and assortment (types of food products) specified in the technical specifications are indicative (estimated) and do not give rise to an obligation for the Employer to declare them - purchases in full volume. Within the framework of the agreed total maximum value for the order, the Employer has the right to increase or decrease the quantities of a given food product, as well as not declares an assortment in accordance with the requirements and prescriptions of state control bodies and the normative documents regulating this activity,...
