• The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are detailed and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation.
  The specific items and the products included in them, with indicated estimated quantities, are described in detail in the Technical Specifications specification to this documentation.
  Given the specifics of the current public procurement, the contracting authority sets estimated quantities of the delivered food products under each of the separate items included in the subject of the order. The quantities are specified in the technical specification, inseparable part of the documentation for the public procurement, as the same are estimated and do not commit the contracting authority to their complete absorption when concluding a contract. The purchase of the food products will be determined according to the emerging needs of the contracting authority.
  The contracting authority reserves the right if within effect of the concluded contracts for the award of this public procurement, if new sites are revealed and/or the municipality of Krumovgrad applies and is approved for projects related to the supply of food products, then the same should be served within the framework of the concluded contracts with the designated Contractors. On the basis of Art. 5 of the PPZOP, when during the term of the contract, the contracting authority discovers new sites and/or the municipality of Krumovgrad applies and is approved for projects related to the supply of food products, Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code.
