- The subject of the order is: "Delivery of food products for the needs of a chair - restaurant of USOB Semkovo at TU - Sofia".
The execution of the order is carried out in compliance with the legislation in force in the country.
The delivered food products:
- should be accompanied at any quitevka with a commercial or other document containing a comprehensive listing of the goods by assortment, their quantity, batch number for each of them, as well as other data, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements for the relevant type of products;
- should be accompanied with each delivery with a label , pindicating the content and quantity of the ingredients contained in them.
- should have a good commercial appearance;
each delivered product should be within the expiration date on the date of the respective delivery and with a sufficient remaining expiration date for its consumption no more than less than 70 (seventy) percentof the total shelf life declared by the manufacturer.
