- The subject of the order is: "Delivery of food products for the needs of a chair - restaurant of USOB Semkovo at TU - Sofia".
Delivered Food Products:
-must be accompanied with each delivery by a commercial or other document containing a comprehensive listing of the goods by assortment, their quantity, batch number for each of them, as well as other data, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements for the relevant type of products;
-must be accompanied with each delivery by a label indicating the content and quantity of the ingredients contained in them.
-they must have a good one commercial type;
-each delivered product should be within the expiration date on the date of the relevant delivery and with a sufficient remaining expiration date for its consumption not less than 70 (seventy) percent of the total expiration date declared by the manufacturer, with the exception of fresh fruit and vegetables.
