• Description:
• The purpose of this order is the supply of food products for the needs of children's and educational institutions in the Municipality of Sitovo, financed from the budget of the Municipality of Sitovo.
  Delivery of food products for the needs of children's and educational institutions on the territory of the municipality and financed by the budget of the Municipality Sieve for a period of 12 months with estimated quantities and requirements for the products described in the technical specifications for each of the three separate items.
  Separate positions
  The public procurement is divided into separate items.
  Separate position No. 1 - "Milk, milk products, eggs and egg yolks products"
  Separate position No. 2 - "Meat, meat products and fish"
  Separate item No. 3 - "Fruits, vegetables and their products"

  Full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement is described and regulated in the "Technical Specification an integral part of the participation guidelines.
  Note: Separate item No. 4 - "Bread and pasta" - 10,000.00, Separate item No. 5 - "Other foods" - BGN 11,000.00, and Separate item No. 6 - "Delivery of organic food products" - BGN 2,000.00, are not subject to award through this tender public procurement, since the same will be awarded in the order of their individual value on the basis of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, namely through direct awarding on the basis of Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act.
