• Description:
• The subject of the order covers periodic deliveries of the goods under the specified items, hereinafter referred to as "goods" and/or "products", in accordance with the technical specification and samples of technical and price proposals for the respective specified item - an integral part of the documentation. The performance of all deliveries on the subject of the order will be carried out after a prior request from the Contracting Authority or an authorized person. The conditions under which the subject of the order will be realized, as well as the rights and the obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor are according to: the draft contract; the technical specification; the contractor's technical and price proposals for each specific item. The subject of this public procurement is divided into the following seven specific positions: 1. "Milk and milk products" 2. "Bird meat" 3. "Meat and meat products from pork, beef and lamb" 4. "Bread and bakery products" 5. "Cereals and cereal-based foods, pulses, frozen vegetables, dried spices, sugar and sugar products, oils and fats and other foods and beverages' 6. "Raw (fresh) fruits, vegetables and fresh spices" 7. "Canned food".
