Description: The public procurement is subject to supply of food products for the needs of MU-Plovdiv, allocated to 4 distinct positions as follows: OP № 1 Meat products - 134 807,70 лв.
OP № 2 Sandwiches - 117 370 лв. OP 3 Snacks - 29 558 BGN
OP № 4 Ice Cream - 17 557lv.
Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the ppl and in connection with Art. 7 of the POSP, the contracting authority will entrust the deliveries of goods under OP 3 and OP 4 in the order of their individual value - Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the ppl. The separation of these distinct positions was carried out in the presence of the required conditions in accordance with the provision of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ppl. The Contracting Authority will provide information on these parts of the order after the e-file of this order to the buyer profile.
