- Object of this public procurement within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the ZOP is a delivery of goods carried out by purchase.
The offered items must be in good commercial condition, and each delivered product must be within the expiration date on the delivery dates of not less than 75% of the total withexpiration date declared by the manufacturer. The products must be accompanied by an expert sheet or certificate/declaration of quality, certificate of origin or other similar document, as well as bear the technical characteristics according to the Technical Specification - Section 1 of the documentation.
