• 1. Employer The contracting authority under this public procurement is "MBAL - DR ASEN VELEV" EOOD, with headquarters and management address: city of Razlog, St. St. Cyril and Methodius St. No. 2 2. Object of the public procurement, estimated value and source of financing Object of the public procurement is according to art. 3, paragraph 1, item 3 - service. Estimated value for the provision of the service for a period of 36 months amounts to 177,120.00 (one hundred and seventy-seven thousand and one hundred and twenty euros) euros without VAT. The amount is provided from own funds of the medical facility and is distributed as follows: - The estimated nominal value without VAT of the vouchers - 176,400.00 euros. - Estimated value for printing and delivery without VAT - 720.00 euros. 3. Description of the subject of the order, quantities and volume The subject of the public procurement is the selection of an operator for the printing and delivery of food vouchers for the needs of "MBAL - DR ASEN VELEV" EOOD, with the estimated amount of vouchers amounting to 36,000 vouchers. The type and volume of supplies required are described in the technical specification, an integral part of this documentation. 4. Data for specific positions The subject of this public procurement is systematically, economically indivisible, since the organization of the work process and the qualitative implementation of the subject requires the activities to be carried out by one contractor.
