• Description:
• 1. Employer The contracting authority under this public procurement is "MOBAL "Dr. Stefan Cherkezov"" JSC, with registered office and management address: Veliko Tarnovo, 1 Nis St. 2. Object of the public procurement, estimated value and source of financing Object of the public procurement is according to art. 3, paragraph 1, item 3 - service. Estimated value for providing the service for a period of 24 months amounts to 410,000 (four hundred and ten thousand) euros without VAT. The amount is provided by the medical institution's own funds and is distributed as follows: - The estimated nominal value without VAT of the vouchers - 408,000 euros. - Estimated value for printing and delivery without VAT - 2000 euros. 2A. Options The contracting authority foresees the possibility of extending the term of the contract with a contract letter, for a period not longer than 6 months. In relation to the Draft Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 11 of 21.12.2005 for determining the terms and conditions for providing free food and/or supplements to it, § 1 of which provides, in Art. 5 of the Ordinance to make the following amendments: 1. In para. 1 the words "two leva" are replaced by "two euros"; 2. In para. 2 the words "one lev" are replaced by "one euro", the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility, upon acceptance of the proposal to amend the Ordinance, that the value of the contract be increased, in accordance with the accepted amendment to the regulation, but by no more than 50 percent of the value of the basic contract, according to the requirements of art. 116, para. 1, item 1 and art. 116, para. 2 ZOP. 3.
