Description:
1. The public procurement is for the delivery of the types and quantity of food by months and quantities of food stated in the technical specification. The amount of monthly consumption of the types of food necessary to the contracting authority for the period of the specified months of2025 is indicative and is not obligatory for the purchase by the contracting authority.
3. The specific quantity and type of food requested food products will be determined by the contracting authority depending on the consumption and the eventual occurrence of the need for delivery of such within the budgetOpportunities, which is why the contracting authority is not linked to the purchase of the listed species and quantities by months, but only with the indicated single value, on the basis of which to pay the food products if they are purchased.
