Description:
The subject of this order is the selection of a contractor for the delivery of furniture for two separate items: Separate item No. 1: Delivery of furniture for the needs of: "Center for residential care for persons of over-working age without disabilities", "Community center for early childhood development' and 'Crisis Centre'. Separate position No. 2: Delivery of kitchenware for the needs of the "Crisis Center" - reserved public procurement within the meaning of Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code. The public procurement is awarded in fulfillment of the activities under the Administrative contract for the provision of non-grant financial assistance under the PRR 2021-2027, procedure BG16FFPR003-2.002 "Support for integrated urban development in 40 urban municipalities", No. from ISUN - BG16FFPR003-2.006-0114-C01 with beneficiary Municipality Svilengrad, Activity: "Construction of social infrastructure in the municipality of Svilengrad". The full scope of activities is detailed in the Technical Specifications for the relevant specific item, Annex No. 1 for Specific Item No. 1 and Annex No. 2 for Specific Item item No. 2 to this participation documentation. The conditions under which the subject of the order will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are according to: Draft contract; The technical specification under the relevant separate position; The technical and price proposal of the contractor for the respective specific position.
