• Description:
• The subject of the order is the supply of galvanized fittings for the needs of "ViK" EOOD - Plovdiv, for a period of 4 years after concluding a contract with the selected contractor. The contracting authority will purchase the goods, the subject of this order, depending on its needs and needs. The nomenclature items indicated in the Technical Specification are exemplary and indicative, and do not oblige the Employer to consume them in full. The quantity and volume of the goods cannot be determined at the moment, as they depend on the needs of the Employer. The estimated value is indicated in the order announcement. According to Art. 52, para. 5 of the Civil Code and Art. 32 of PPZOP, the contracting authority has a requirement to provide samples of the products, the subject of the order. In the Technical Specification to this public procurement is indicated for what purposes the samples are provided, which indicators will be examined in order to establish their compliance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, as well as whether as a result of the examination their integrity will be violated or their commercial form. The participants must offer prices for each of the nomenclature items, as well as a total price, in the manner indicated in Form 2. In the event that they do not comply with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, they will be removed from participation on the basis of Art. 107, item 2, letter "a" and Art. 107, item 5 of the Civil Code.
