- The subject of award with this order is "Delivery of garbage envelopes and disposable utensils", with two lots:
Lot 2: "Delivery of boxes and utensils for one -off Use for the needs of the departmental chair at the Central Customs Department of the Customs Agency Estimated Value.
21, para. 2 and 3 of the PPA at the date of its opening, in compliance with the rules of Art. 1 of the PPA and Art. 27 of the PPPOP, amounted to BGN 237,500.00 (two hundred thirty -seven thousand five hundred) BGN without VAT accrued.
The estimated values of the individual lots are as follows:
1. Lot № 1 - 221 500.00 BGN without VAT;
2. Lot № 2 -16 000.00 BGN without VAT;
In the present public The contract contract shall take advantage of the possibility provided by Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and will assign a separate position No. 2 in the order valid for its individual estimated value, namely by direct award. The estimated value of the items does not exceed BGN 156 464 and does not exceed 20 percent of The total estimated value of the order.
In view of the foregoing, the supply, the supplies subject to the lot 1, whose estimated value is BGN 221,500.00 (two hundred twenty -one thousand five hundred) without VAT will be entrusted through the open procedure.
