Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery of various types of medical devices/consumables, by types and forecast quantities specified in the technical specification - Annex No. 1, an integral part of the award document. The schedule of the contract includes delivery to a warehouse of the contracting authority and unloading the quantity of products delivered on a given request.
In the event that a participant does not offer one or more products from the lot in which he participates, he will be removed from the procedure for the specific lot. In case a participant offers one or more products from The lot in which he participates, but the same/they do not meet the requirements of the contracting authority, it is assumed that the complexity is not met and the participant will be removed from the procedure for the specific lot. Each participant may participate for one, several or all separate Item.
The quantities specified in the technical specification are estimated and averaged, and may be changed, depending on the specific needs of the contracting authority.
21, para. 6 PPA Lot No 21 - No 23 will be assigned by collecting tenders with an ad, so as have an estimated value from BGN 50,000 to BGN 100,000 excluding VAT and fall within the scope of Art. 20, para. 3, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
