Description:
The scope of this order includes periodic deliveries of solid waste collection accessories for the needs of OP Cleanliness and OP Gardens and Parks.
Full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in Annex №1- "Technical Specification", an integral part of the documentation for participation.
The deadline for execution of the contract is 12 (twelve) months from the date of entry into force of the contract. The implementation of all deliveries will be made after a preliminary request by the municipal Enterprises submitted to the contractor in writing by e -mail. The conditions under which the subject of the contract will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are in accordance with the draft contract, the technical specifications of the contracting authority, the technical and price proposals of the contractor - an integral part of the documentation.
