• Motives for choosing the procedure for awarding the order: The implementation of the open procedure provided for in the PPA guarantees to the greatest extent the publicity of the awarding of the order, respectively transparency in the use of financial resources. This procedure also aims to protect the public interest by encouraging competition and creating equal conditions and transparency in its conduct. The object of the public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the ZOP - supplies of goods carried out by purchase, as well as all necessary preliminary activities for the use of the goods, such as installation or assembly work, testing of machines and equipment, etc. Subject of the public procurement, technical specification and requirements: The subject of this public procurement is divided into separate positions. Each participant has the right to submit one offer for the execution of the order, for one or all of the individual items of the order. The participant must present an offer for all nomenclatures from the relevant specific item. Non-bidding of any nomenclature unit is grounds for removing it from participation in the procedure for this specific item. There is no possibility of providing variants in the offers of the participants.
