Description:
The purpose of this public procurement is the delivery of sacks of municipal waste for the needs of the Municipal Enterprise Green Systems, Veliko Tarnovo Municipality.
Deliveries will be made in stages after receiving a request by telephone or e-mail, made by a representative of the Municipal Enterprise "Green systems "and depending on the specific needs of the enterprise.
12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, which is why the contract is reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities on the grounds of Art. 12 of the Public Procurement Act in connection with Art. 80 of PPPOP. Other interested persons may also be involved in this procurement procedure, but their tenders will only be considered if there are no offers admitted to persons who are specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities.
The estimated volume of deliveries is as follows:

The quantities specified are estimated for the term of the contract, which is why the contracting authority is not obliged to apply and purchase them in full.
