Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery of hygiene materials and cleaning tools.
Subject to this public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.to which the products must be in charge are specified in the technical specification - Annex 1 and in the documentation for participation. The quantities specified in the technical specification areIndicative/forecast and deliveries depend on the current needs of the medical establishment. The contracting authority has no obligation to declare (order) the whole quantity and/or all nomenclature units.
On the grounds of Art. 52, para. 5 PPA, the contracting authority requested from the participants compulsory provision of samples toThe products included in the public procurement in order to prove the conformity of the offered products with the parameters specified in the technical specification-Annex No. 1.14 nomenclature units. In the "Estimated Quantity" column, in total for all nomenclature units-123 020 pcs, detailed in the technical specification-Annex No. 1.
