Description:
The subject of the present public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery of hygiene materials and cleaning tools.
The order is divided into 3 (three) lots. The present public procurement (appearing position 1) is detailed in the technical specification - Annex 1, an integral part of the documentation for participation. The requirements to which the products must meet are specified in the technical specification - Annex 1 and in the documentation for participation.
The deliveries of the goods will be made periodically, after receiving preliminary written requests from the contracting authority. The quantities in the technical specification are indicative/forecast and the supplies depend on the current needs of the medical establishment. The contracting authority has no obligation to declare (order) the whole quantity and/or all nomenclature units.
52, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority requested from the participants the compulsory provision of samples of the products included in the separate position in order to demonstrate the conformity of the offered products with the parameters specified in the technical specification - Annex No. 1.
