• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery of various types of hygiene materials.
  3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
  The present public procurement is a "reserved public procurement" according to Art. 12, para. 1, item I of the PPA, whose subject is included in the list of goods and services, according to the general terminological dictionary, which are intended for the award of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities or for economic entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with people with Disabilities or disadvantaged people, approved by a decision of the Council of Ministers No. 591 of 18.07.2016.
  The contract is intended for the award of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities within the meaning of § 2, item 46 of the Public Procurement Act, or of economic entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of disabled people or disadvantaged people within the meaning of § 2, item 62 of the PSA of the Public Procurement Act.
  12, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act, when awarding reserved public procurement, persons may participate, provided that at least 30 percent of their list composition is by disabled people or disadvantaged. In the cases under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, persons must be registered as specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities at least three years before the date of opening the procurement procedure Order ....
