- The public procurement includes two separate items as follows: OP No. 1 "Supply of Portable Artificial Intelligence Devices for Visually Impaired People" and OP No. 2: "Supply of Screen Reader Software for Visually Impaired Computer Users" and is financed under Project P40 (C11.I2) "Predosta".provision of aids to persons with permanent disabilities", financed under the National Plan for Recovery and Sustainability of the Republic of Belarus. The implementation of this public procurement aims to provide and finance portable high-tech assistive devices for people with visual impairments, based onof the power of artificial vision using artificial intelligence, as well as the delivery of technical aids / software programs contain a set of special applications / features for performing actions for creating voice or text notes, listening to audio content and others,whose purpose is to assist the visually impaired.
