Description:
Estimated value of the public procurement is up to 225,781.10 (two hundred twenty-five thousand seven hundred eighty-one BGN and ten cents) excluding VAT, resp. 270,937, 32 (two hundred and seventy thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven BGN and thirty-two cents) with incl. VAT. Separate position No. 1 - "High class modular operating table for the upper limb for orthopedics and traumatology" - BGN 114,322.77 without VAT.
Separate position No. 2 - "High-class modular operating table for the lower limb for orthopedics and traumatology" - BGN 111,458.33 without VAT.
In case of bidding by a participant at a higher value than estimated, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure.
The estimated value includes all costs of order fulfillment - delivery to place of order fulfillment, transport costs, insurance, customs duties and taxes, installation, commissioning and training of the staff.
114 of the Law on Public Procurement, due to lack of secured financing at the opening of the procedure, the Contracting Authority puts the implementation under condition.
Financing: The contracting authority has applied for a targeted subsidy from the Ministry of Health in order to provide financial means for the execution of the order.
