- The subject of the public procurement is the delivery, installation and commissioning of medical equipment for the equipment of the Laboratory of Invasive Electrophysiology of the Hospital "NCB" EAD, training of specialists of the contracting authority for work with the equipment, as well as warranty service of the equipment.Description of the technical requirements (characteristics) and the functional capabilities of the medical equipment subject to the contract is provided in technical Annex No 1 to Section I of the documentation for participation in the procedure representing an integral part of it.The subject of positions: in connection with Art. 46, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority has made a reasoned decision not to divide the order into lots due to the fact that the individual components of the delivered medical equipment should be technologically related and the possible division of the implementationbetween different contractors may compromise the achievement of the final purpose of the public procurement, namely the contracting authority to have a working laboratory for invasive electrophysiology, which meets all regulatory requirements for operation.
