Delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 optical microscope for the needs of FHF-SU under project BG05M2OP001-1.002-0012.
The detailed requirements for the execution of the order and the parameters of the MICROSCOPE are indicated in part II "TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS TO ORDER'from the participation documentation.
IMPORTANT: As of the date of the announcement of the procedure for awarding a public contract, no financing has been secured.
The performance contract shall enter into force after it is signed and filed in the contracting authority's record-keeping system, as in connection with art. 114 of the Civil Code, the implementation of nand the activities under it should begin after secured financing, of which circumstance the selected contractor will be notified in writing.financing.
