• Description:
• The purpose of the public procurement is for the Contracting Authority to conclude a framework agreement with up to 3 (three) potential contractors.
  The term of the framework agreement is 36 (thirty-six) months, counted from the date of its signing by the parties, or until the maximum financial resource is exhausted, depending on thatwhichever of the two events occurs first, but not later than 31.04.2029.
  The performance period begins after funding is secured, from the day the Contractor receives a letter of assignment from the Employer.
  The term of each specific contract in the period of the framework agreement will be determinedn by the Contracting Authority when sending a written invitation under Art. 82, para. 4, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act for the execution of a specific order to the potential contractors.
  The subject of the order includes delivery, installation and warranty maintenance of air conditioners for domestic heating:
  1. Air conditioners 9,000 BTU - 50 pcs.
  2. Climateunits 12,000 BTU - 1,250 pcs.
  3. Air conditioners 15,000 BTU - 900 pcs.
  4. Air conditioners 18,000 BTU - 10 pcs.
  5. Air conditioners 24,000 BTU - 2 pcs.
  6. Air conditioners 30,000 BTU - 2 pcs.
