- The subject of this public procurement is "Supply, installation and warranty maintenance of air conditioners for the needs of the Center of the National Health Service and 24 Health Service Providers".
1. The subject of the public procurement includes all the necessary activities for the delivery and installation of 201 units of air conditioners in the Center of the NHIF, 24 Regional Health Insurancetelic cash registers (RZOK) and their offices, their warranty maintenance, as well as dismantling of 154 existing air conditioners.
2. The delivered air conditioners should meet the minimum technical requirements specified in item 1 of
Technical requirements and specifications - Appendix No. 1 to the documentation of thethe chick.
3. Offered air conditioners must be new, unused and listed in the manufacturer's 2023 or 2024 product list4. When installing the air conditioners at the Contractor's sites, all pipes and cables should be laid in decorative channels. 5. The installation of the delivered climatics should be carried out with minimal impact on the current work at the Employer's sites. 6. The scope of the installation work also includes the necessary CMP (including delivery of materials) for plugging holes, plastering, etc. similar.
7. The volume of installation work also includesdismantling of 154 existing air conditioning systems.
8. El. the power supply is provided by the existing electrical network in the room where the air conditioning system is installed. In the event of the need to extend the supply line, this is at the expense of the Contractor.
