Description:
The subject of this order includes the delivery, installation, installation and commissioning of each of the required types and requested during the performance of the contract the quantities of air conditioners, as well as for their warranty service within the warranty period, including the prevention, Maintenance, planned and emergency repairs of the respective air conditioner.
Systematically related activities with the subject: "Delivery and installation of new air conditioners in an emergency and urgent need" that will be carried out in the event of an emergency, need and urgency and in case of impossibility of repairing existing air conditioners, for the period until the conclusion of the contract, which will be awarded in accordance with the present open procedure, represent a separate position, which the contracting authority will entrust directly in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act on the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA, as their estimated value that is maximum The total value of up to BGN 30,000 excluding VAT does not exceed BGN 156 464 and does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the whole order.
