- The current order includes delivery, installation, warranty support and training of the personnel to work with the delivered equipment - one multi-slice computer tomograph, together with a patient table, an operator's console and a specialized workstation.
As of the date of the announcement of the public order nofinancing is provided, therefore the contract concluded as a result of the procedure is considered to be concluded under a condition within the meaning of Art. 114 of the Civil Code (contract with deferred execution), such as its effect and execution, including and payments under it are subject to the fulfillment of the following conditionie: availability of secured financing from the republican budget in favor of the Contracting Authority.
