• Description:
• Object: delivery of goods, carried out by purchase, as well as all necessary preliminary costs for the use of the goods, such as installation and assembly work, testing of machines and equipment within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the ZOP and the warranty maintenance of the new elevators. The subject of the public procurement is the delivery, installation and commissioning of three cargo-passenger hospital elevator systems in the UMBAL "PROF.-R. STOYAN KIRKOVICH" JSC, Stara Zagora. Includes the following activities: delivery of 3 new elevators to be installed in the place of three old elevators, dismantling of the available three old elevator systems, installation of the delivered new elevators, inspections and tests in accordance with the evaluation and certification procedures the compliance of the facilities and commissioning, certification and their registration before the State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision (DAMTN), incl. and submitting an application on behalf of the Contracting Authority to the relevant regional department of the General directorate "Inspection for State Technical Supervision" (GD "IDTN"), as well as warranty maintenance and warranty (service) service, according to the terms of the Technical Specification and the parts, materials, consumables, activities and terms of warranty service, according to the manufacturer's requirements and described in the Participant's Technical Proposal.
