- The subject of this public procurement includes: preparation of an investment project for the installation of the proposed medical equipment, part technological, part technical project in all the necessary directions (architecture, structural design, HVAC, electrical installations and communications), part radiation protection, according to all regulatory requirements, incl. legal and factual actions; preparation and submission of documents for coordination with RZI; submission of documents and a project to the NRA for the issuance of a construction permit and installation; manufacturing, delivery and installation of the start-up electrical panel for the control of the C-arm type digital X-ray system; delivery of the C-arm digital X-ray system; bringing into the premises designated for the arrangement; installation and commissioning condition; adjustments, tests and preliminary tests according to the manufacturer's instructions; organization and conduct of a start-up test, according to ORDER No. 2 of 05.02.2018 on the conditions and procedure for ensuring protection of persons during medical radiation; preparation and submission of an application to RZI for measuring the radiation characteristics of the working environment and organization until receiving an opinion on commissioning; preparation of complete documentation for licensing the activity with the supplied and installed the C-arm type digital X-ray system and import into the NRA; performance of all necessary actions, according to all legal requirements, incl. legal and factual actions, until obtaining a License in the NRA...
