- "Delivery, installation, commissioning and warranty support of medical equipment - Hematology system with 5 differential counts, RET, SUE and CRP from one tube for the needs of "MBAL-Sam... “Delivery, installation, commissioning and warranty maintenance of medical equipment - Hematology system with 5 differential counting, RET, ESR and CRP from one tube for the needs of "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD" was opened on the basis of Art. 73, para. 1 in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Law on public procurement (PP). The participant submits only one offer, and no variants are allowed. Offers can be submitted:- for the entire procedure The contract will be concluded for a period of 24 /twenty-four/ months from the award of the order 4. Description of the subject of the order. Object of the public order. The subject of this public procurement is: "Supply, installation, commissioning and warranty maintenance of medical equipment - Hematology system with 5 differential counting RET, SUE and CRP from one test tube for the needs of "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD, described in detail in the Technical Specification. The public order covers delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training, warranty support of medical equipment for "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD, according to the technical specification prepared by the Contracting Authority, attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. Each product/ medical equipment/ must fully comply with the described technical characteristics and indicators. Non-compliance is grounds for removal of the participant.
