Description:
On the grounds of Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act, due to the lack of provided financing at the opening of the procedure, the contracting authority places the execution of the contract on condition.
Execution begins after confirmation by the contracting authority for financing and submission by the contractor of the designated Guarantee for implementation. In case of non -submission of the performance guarantee within the time limit specified by the contracting authority, without objective reasons, the contract shall be terminated.
When no financing has been provided after 3 months from the conclusion of the contract, each party may request termination its without notice.
When no funding is provided after the expiry of 10 months from the conclusion of the contract, the contract is considered terminated.
