The subject of this public procurement is "Delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty Medical apparatus maintenance - automatic hemiluminescent analyzer, training of staff for working with it for the needs of MBAL -Samokov EOOD
The public procurement covers delivery, installation, commissioning, staff training, warranty Maintenance of medical equipment for MBAL-Samokov EOOD and training of the staff for work with it, according to the technical specification prepared by the contracting authority, attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure.
Each product/ medical apparatus/ must fully meet the described technical Characteristics and indicators. The non -compliance is a ground for declaring a participant.
The contract is concluded for up to 24 months, from the date of signing the contract.
Performance deadline: The deadline for implementation of each delivery is at the proposal of the participant in calendar days not longer than 45 calendar days as of receipt of a written request from the contracting authority.
The response period in case of damage is at the proposal of the participant in hours not more than 24 hours after receiving a notification from the contracting authority.
