- The subject of this public procurement includes: Delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty service of medical equipment for modular operating theaters - 3 pieces.
On the basis of Art. 114 of the Law on Public Procurement, due to the lack of secured financing at the opening of the procedure, Nothe resident makes the performance of the contract conditional. In this case, each of the parties may request the termination of the contract without notice after the expiry of a period of three months from its conclusion.eight/ days, counted from the date of the sent notification letter for a secured target financial resource and after the contractor has presented the following documents: an invoice, as well as a guarantee guaranteeing the full amount of the advance payment.
