• Supply of instrumentation for electrosurgery and manual dermatomes for the needs of NI Pirogov UMBALSM EAD Electrosurgery instruments with ligation function for Pediatric Surgery Clinic The subject of the public procurement includes delivery upon request of various types of medical instrumentation described in detail in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, an integral part of this procurement documentation. The scope of the order includes delivery to the Employer's warehouse and unloading of the delivered goods request quantity of products. The contracting authority divides the order into 2 separate items. In the event that a participant does not offer one or more products from the specific position in which he participates, he will be removed from the procedure for the corresponding specific position. C in the event that a participant offers one or more products from the specific position in which he participates, but the same/same ones do not meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is assumed that the complexity has not been met and the participant will be removed from the procedure, for the relevant a distinct position. Each participant can participate for one, several or all selected positions. Based on Art. 21, para. 6 PPA Specific item No. 2 will be awarded by direct award, as it has an estimated value of less than €25,564.59 excluding VAT, represents 19.67% of the value of the order and falls within the scope of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 ZOP.
