• "Delivery of KRU for 31.5 kV devices" The subject of the public procurement is the supply (by purchase) of complete switchgears (Switchgear), intended for installation in indoor switchgears (Switchgear) with a nominal voltage of 31.5 kV, in an approximate volume of 70 pieces of KRU. The delivery also includes all necessary accessories for them, preparation of a project of the supplied switchgear for 31.5 kV devices and organization and conduct of acceptance tests and training, described in detail in the Technical Specifications in the documentation for participation. The indicated quantities are indicative. The contracting authority reserves the right not to purchase the specified quantity of goods for the duration of the contract. The preparation of a project provided for in the public procurement is in the scope of primary and secondary commutation of the supplied switchgears (for the various connections) and a type construction drawing for the installation of the supplied switchgears. Only after the project has been approved by the contracting authority, delivery to the KRU begins. The approved project applies to all delivery orders under the contract. The organization and conduct of acceptance tests provided for in the public procurement is carried out for each delivery order under the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right not to conduct acceptance tests. The provision in the public order organizing and conducting training is carried out when it is expressly assigned by the Contracting Authority, which reserves the right to reduce the number of specialists for training or not to assign its conduct.
