- The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor to carry out delivery, installation, commissioning, training and to provide a warranty period during which it will guarantee the proper equipment and will eliminate all defects that have arisen at its own expense of the apparatus in all positions.
Subject The order is divided into positions:
1. Delivery of a subcritical extraction system with a volume of 2 L - 1 pc.
Pos.2. Delivery of rotary vacuum evaporator - 1 pc.
3. Delivery of Keldal distillation apparatus with included sampling thermostat and scrubber - 1 pc.
4. Delivery of semi -automatic extractor - 1 pc.
5. Delivery of laboratory autoclave - 1 pc.
6. Delivery of a double -piping spectrophotometer with software - 1 pc.
20, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act.
The estimated order value is defined as a residual value according to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and is in the amount of BGN 106 758,34 excluding VAT. Afforts shall be submitted only for lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the requirements specified in this documentation to the procedure relate to them.
Delivery of a subcritical extraction system with a volume of 2 l
The execution of the order includes:
Delivery of the equipment to the installation site;
Installation;
Commissioning and testing of the apparatus;
Training of specialists;
Providing a period during which it will guarantee the properness of the goods and eliminate all defects that have arisen at its own expense (warranty period)
