- The subject of the contract is "Delivery of laboratory equipment for the needs of agrobioinstitute in connection with the implementation of research projects funded by the Fund 'Scientific Research'
The order is divided into 3 (three) lots as follows:
Lot 1 with subject "Delivery of ultra -clean water
Lot 2 with the subject "Delivery of a growth chamber for plants with illumination, temperature and moisture"
Separate Item No. 3 with the subject "Delivery of a microplak reader", which is assigned to the grounds of Art. 20, para. 4 in connection with Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA
Offers are They submit only for lots of positions 1 and 2 and the requirements specified in this documentation to the procedure under Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act apply to it.
The supplied equipment must be factory new, unused and manufactured in accordance with European safety standards. Delivered The equipment of software (packages) must be licensed (if applicable). The equipment must be delivered with all parts, accessories and supplies necessary for proper operation and trouble -free operation. The offered apparatus should be parameters identical or better than the minimum requirements of the contracting authority specified in the technical specification.
