- Delivery of laboratory reagents and consumables and X-ray films for the needs of the Medical Center JSC according to periodic requests of the CONTRACTOR - The public procurement is divided into 34 separate positions, participating for the entire separate position.
Deferred payment period - no more than 60 days. The term begins after the requested goods have been delivered and the CONTRACTING PARTY has received a bilaterally signed receipt protocol and a delivery invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of VAT and PPZDS.
Funding source: own funds, Ministry of Health, NHSOC
Validity period of the offer - 6 months .
Gaperformance fee 5% of the contract value in BGN excluding VAT in the form of:- a sum of money
- a bank guarantee
- insurance that ensures performance by covering the contractor's liability.
The conditions and terms for retention or release of the guarantee for implementation are arranged inthe draft public procurement contract.
