The subject of the public procurement will be executed through periodic deliveries on written requests to the contracting authority for the respective Medical devices, reagents, tools and/or consumables included in the technical specification. The quantities specified in the technical specification, with indicative and depend on the needs of the contracting authority within the term of the contract for the award of the public procurement. The contracting authority does not commit to the purchase of all quantities provided for in the technical specification of the relevant medical devices, reagents, instruments and/or consumables. When performing the contract for the public procurement, the contracting authority may claim larger quantities than a nomenclature unit, but only within the total estimated value of the contract.
