• The subject of the order is: Delivery of laboratory reagents and consumables for the needs of SBAL for children's diseases "Prof. Ivan Mitev" EAD and includes 4 separate items: Specific item No. 1 Reagents and consumables for immunological analyzer Maccura i 800 or equivalent Separate Item No. 2 Wellion Galileo Glucometer Test Strips or equivalent Separate Item No. 3 Care Sens Glucometer Test Strips or equivalent Separate item No. 4 Delivery of laboratory reagent - serum ceruloplasmin According to the provision of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP The contracting authority has the right to award individual items in the order valid for the individual value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective individual item does not exceed EUR 79998.77 for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the individual items awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the order. For separate positions #3 and #4, both conditions are met for each of them. The total estimated value of separate items #3 and #4 is c in the amount of 8008.25 euros without VAT and represents 3.12% of the total estimated value of the order. Separate items No. 3 and No. 4, being smaller than 25,564.59 euros without VAT, fall within the scope of Art. 20 para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code.
