- The full scope of the order includes the selection of a contractor for the supply of laboratory reagents, chemicals and consumables necessary for the Clinical Laboratory at the UMBAL "Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" JSC, Stara Zagora for 24 months by specific positions - in the technical specification, Annex No. 1 to thisata documentation.
A participant may submit an offer for one, several or all of the individual positions. Partial bidding is not allowed within a single item.price" of a separate item, in BGN, not incl. VAT.
The procedure for opening, examining, evaluating and ranking offers is carried out in accordance with Art. 104 of the ZOP and of Chapter V, Section VIII of the PPZOP. Pursuant to Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP, the commission will consider the received offers in "reverse order", regulationswound in art. 61 of PPZOP.
