• Scope and description of the public procurement:
  Periodic delivery upon prior request of medical devices, laboratory reagents, chemicals and consumables, indispensable for the operation of the Clinical Laboratory, Pathoanatomy Clinic and Microbiology Clinic at "UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" JSC, Stara Zagora" for a period of 24 months in the sense of the Law on Medical Devices and in accordance with the terms of the Law on Public Procurement and the participation documentation.
  The public procurement is divided into separate positions, detailed in Appendix 1 to this Documentation.
  Every participant has the right to present one proposal for the execution of the order, for one, for several or for all separate items of the order.
  Non-bidding of any nomenclature unit is grounds for removal of the same from participation in the procedure for this specific position. There is no possibility of providing variants in the offers of the participants.
  *If somewhere in the set technical requirements a specific model, source, process, trademark, patent, type, origin or production, it should always be read and understood as "or equivalent". In all cases, the contracting authority will allow an equivalent, and the burden of proof to prove the equivalence is on the participant.
