Scope and description of the public procurement:
Periodic delivery on the preliminary request of medical devices, laboratory reagents, chemicals and consumables, not available for the activity of a clinical laboratory and the clinic of pathoanatomy at UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovic AD, Stara Zagora "for a period of period from 24 months within the meaning of the Medical Devices Act and under the conditions of the Public Procurement Act and the documentation for participation.
The public procurement is divided into lots, detailed in Annex 1 to this documentation. Each participant has the right to submit on one proposal for the execution of the order, for one, for several or for all lots of the order. The non -nomenclature unit is not grounds for removing it from Participation in the procedure for this lot.
It is not envisaged to provide variants in the tenders of the participants.
If somewhere in the technical requirements set there is a specific model, source, process, trademark, patent, type, origin or production, then always to read and understands "or equivalent". In all cases, the contracting authority will allow the equivalent, and the burden of proof to prove the equivalence is the participant.
