Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of large and small polyethylene garbage bags.
3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code.
The requirements to which the products must meet are indicated in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 and in the participation documentation.
12, para. 1, item I of the Public Procurement Act, the subject of which is included in the List of goods and services, in accordance with the General Glossary of Terms, which are intended for the assignment of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, or for business entities whose main goal is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or people in a disadvantaged position, approved by Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 591 of 18.07.2016.
The order is intended for the award of specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities within the meaning of § 2, item 46 of the DR of the ZOP, or of business entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or people in a disadvantaged position, within the meaning of § 2, item 62 of the DR of the ZOP.
According to Art. 12, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act, when awarding reserved public contracts, persons may participate, provided that at least 30 percent of their list consists of people with disabilities or those in a disadvantaged position.
