Description:
The order includes, if necessary, the delivery of licenses - unlimited from the Hospital Information System, software support of the system and improvements to the system at the request of the contracting authority for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extension for another 12 months.
Estimated order value for the initial 12 months amounts to BGN 629,687.92 without VAT/€321,954.32 without VAT, and the estimated value for the individual activities from the subject of the order for a period of 12 months are as follows:
1. Delivery of licenses BGN 196,795.22 without VAT/€100,619.80 without VAT
2. Software support BGN 274,220.72 without VAT/140 206.83 euros without VAT
3. Improvements BGN 158,671.98 without VAT/€81,127.70 without VAT
The estimated value of the public procurement for the maximum contract term of 24 months amounts to BGN 1,259,375.84 without VAT/€643,908.64 without VAT.
With regard to the program modules and other services from the subject of the order, which include the return of personal data falling under the terms of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, the contractor should ensure compliance with the requirements, conditions and obligations arising for him from the provision of art. 25 of the Regulation, as well as all other obligations related to the processing of personal data arising from European legislation and national legislation, the type and nature of the processing.
