• The Management Board of "Electricity Distribution Networks West" EAD opens and conducts a procedure for awarding a public procurement of the "open" type on the basis of Art. 132 in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, art. 19, para. 2 and Art. 20, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" of the Law on public procurement (PPP), with the aim of concluding a contract for the supply of licenses for expanding the work of the existing automated system for remote metering of electricity consumption AMI (ZTE Power EM Universal Energy Management System) with a view to ensuring its future functioning and development. The subject of the order includes ensuring the normal operation of the already installed communication and measurement devices at the Employer, part of the AMI system (ZTE Power EM Universal Energy Management System), as well as the delivery of the necessary licenses for its expansion. On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP, the commission will evaluate the technical and price proposals of the participants before considering the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. ​​​​​​​The actions of the commission will be carried out in the sequence provided for in art. 61 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Procurement (PPZOP). At the moment of announcing this order, the estimated quantity of the goods, which the contracting authority has determined for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months, is 500,000 licenses.
