• Description:
• Object of the public procurement under Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act is delivery. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid oxygen / medical analysis 99.5 / for the needs of MBAL - BLAGOEVGRAD AD, according to the technical specification, attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The term of execution of the order is 24 months from its award, with periodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority and on the basis of the preliminary requests made. Delivery time is at the participant's suggestion, in hours, which cannot be longer than 36 hours from receipt of a request from the Contracting Authority. Payment is made in euros, by bank transfer, according to the conditions laid down in the draft contract part of the order documentation.
